Hey guys! Here are a couple of webcomics that I think need more attention.
http://alia-terra.thecomicseries.com/
and
http://finding-the-liminal-space.webcomic.ws/

Comic Fury is so awesome that there are plenty of comics buried in here that are quite good. Me, I'm a subscribing addict. there are so many good comics on here, and I can't stop.

I suspect because they are not as chatty that they are not acquiring subs as quickly as those of us who really enjoy the social aspect of Comic Fury. That being said I thought that some of the people I like to chat with might enjoy these two comics. They may not be as chatty, but don't be discouraged. Their comics are amazing and worth recommending.

Wow! Bebber sure is a well known fellow!
Woow. He sure is a beefy guy...More Bebber is always welcome of course.>;]

Heheh, will check those comics out, they seem pretty sweet!

You may want to turn around and run kids.

That's like a big phobia of mine, that I die and they find me with my butt crack hanging out of my pants.
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
Ha ha ha ha!! Every brawl I've been in or witnessed, ended with someone's pants falling down for some inexplicable reason.

As a parent I can definitely feel where this reaction comes from when dealing with a dear child.

I like how Bebber didn't even need the stick to murder those men. He used his own brawn to end their lives. I have to admit I did not see this coming. Hoping the girls make it out there untraumatized. Also, it's very nice of you to recommend some obscure webcomics, definitely might give them a read.
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
Thanks ComicRob!!! I think Robin and her friends are savvy enough to get the heck out of Dodge.

I know that. Only worried that Bebber would follow them. No witnesses, right.

I think it's quite likely he knows his secrets will be safe with these kids.

That guy sure gets around!
heads up - typo "know" in panel 1.
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
Ha ha! Thanks Matt. As I've told you before, I'm the undisputed champ of dialogue balloon errors on Comic Fury. I just keep procrastinating about going back and doing some editing.
ComicRobJonathan edit delete reply
ComicRobJonathan
Yeah, I have noticed a couple of gramatical errors in the comic. You can deal with it, whatever way you want with it. But changing those mistakes does improve the quality of the comic, honestly. For me, at least.
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
You've talked me into it ComicRob. This next weekend I'll go through the entire comic and edit the pages as best as I can.

My wife will read through and help me.

It's actually hard to see your own mistakes sometimes.
ComicRobJonathan edit delete reply
ComicRobJonathan
Yeah, I can definitely understand that. I would hate changing my pages just because of a couple of grammar errors. I'm not really saying this to undermine your work as you are working on an incredible project (much better than any of the crap I make online). The artwork is spectacular as well as your story. There is a warmness to the comic as well to some of its characters but also a cold distant feeling filled with intrigue and brutality. I don't want that kind of special quality going away from you structured a sentence wrong or spelled a word incorrectly. It's definitely seems insignificant but it really does improve your comic for the better.
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
Thanks ComicRob.

I have to agree with you. I've rationalized and procrastinated my way out of it enough. I'm currently about a quarter of the way through with my corrections.

I do appreciate the encouraging words and the pep talk. I wont pretend that that doesn't help, because it certainly does give me a huge boost in working that much harder.

I've finally made it to the latest update, and everything so far is pretty awesome :D I have no idea what you're talking about, Skweeee, you make much more awesome locations than you give yourself credit for. And the action scenes! I want to learn how you do these so epicly (is that a word?)
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
Thank you, thank you, CiciEnixa!!!! I'm glad you think so.

I'm also glad you like my action panels too. Any successes I have with reference to drawing action scenes, I would have to attribute to what artists and art have inspired/influenced me. These influences are; Jack Kirby, lots of Manga - especially Kento Miura, and more recently - Paul Pope.

Your kind words have really made my day! The fact that you render professional quality work, makes your compliments a true blessing for me.

I wonder how they are going to handle this situation. I like the way one of the fallen guy's pants leg is pulled up; it gives the picture extra realism.

Thanks so much for giving my comic some promotion, skwee!
And you're right about my non-chatiness, It's taking a while to get used to answering comments well,
especially without spoiling the comic. Practice makes perfect, I suppose!

On another note, I really like this page, the way the plot can advance so much in only a few well-placed panels.
A picture is worth a thousand words, especially the last one!
Skweeee edit delete reply
Skweeee
You're very welcome Moytime, and
Thank you.

I try to 'tell' as much of the story as I can through visual queues. It forces me to think much more on how to progress the narrative. My ultimate goal is to compress as much story as I can without making it look compressed.

You just reminded me, that I want to include a Paracat hidden somewhere in one of my pages that I will produce in the future. That's how much I enjoy Mallei's character.

Okay, I've seen you around quite a bit, Skweeee, so I had to see what you do. Oh my stars and garters, this is amazing. I just archive-binged after reading the description and I have to say... I am impressed!

I hope that I can continue to make it interesting for you. I have had this story bouncing around in my head since my last tour in Afghanistan - 2010. I'm very excited to get to the key moments I have been building towards.
